The automatic Stacking system is designed to handle all kinds of sections to be handled in layers, angles, channels, beams and all channels have a particular stack arrangement depending on the particular section being packed, the stacking system is used to magnetically arrange these layers one top of another to achieve a packable stack. Varied based on capacity, cycle times, size of sections we have supplied stackers for light to heavy section mills.

The machine is installed after shearing of the bar and before the bundling area to automatically count the number of bars to be packed in one bundle.
